A Diretoria de Cultura da Fundação Joaquim Nabuco tem o prazer de
anunciar o lançamento do edital do Projeto Trajetórias 2006, coordenado
pelo setor de Artes Plásticas desta diretoria, que seleciona projetos de
artistas para ocuparem as galerias Baobá, Massangana e Vicente do Rego
Monteiro. O Trajetórias vem se notabilizando por ser um espaço
privilegiado de experimentação e de visibilidade para artistas de todo o
Brasil, promovido por uma instituição pública federal que tem atuação
regional e que procura evidenciar a diversidade da produção artística
contemporânea. Todas as exposições são acompanhadas de um projeto
educativo de referência, o Primeiro Olhar (que promove atualizações para
professores da rede pública e privada de ensino, conversas entre os
artistas e os professores, oficinas experimentais para grupos diversos e
debates com pensadores de todos os campos do conhecimento o Projeto
Café) e de visitas comentadas pelos artistas. O intuito é aproximar
ainda mais os artistas selecionados do público pernambucano, propiciando
trocas efetivas e a ampliação de audiência para a arte contemporânea na
região. A instituição procura estabelecer um diálogo produtivo e
colaborativo com os artistas para viabilizar da melhor maneira possível
os trabalhos em sua completude.
A inscrição para o Projeto Trajetórias é gratuita e acontece de 13 de
fevereiro a 29 de março de 2006. Poderá ser feita de segunda a
sexta-feira, na Diretoria de Cultura da Fundação Joaquim Nabuco,
localizada à rua Henrique Dias nº 609, Derby, Recife-PE, Cep:
52.010.100, Fone: 81 3421 3266. As propostas enviadas por correio devem
atender a data de postagem seja compatível com o último dia do prazo
estabelecido para o acolhimento das inscrições. Podem inscrever-se
artistas plásticos e grupos de artistas brasileiros e estrangeiros,
desde que não tenham realizado exposição individual, em dupla ou
coletiva em quaisquer das galerias da FUNDAJ nos 2 (dois) anos
anteriores ao prazo de inscrição estabelecido no regulamento. Serão
aceitos apenas projetos inéditos na Região Metropolitana do Recife. A
Fundação Joaquim Nabuco oferece um incentivo de R$ 1.000,00 (Hum mil
reais) para auxiliar o artista em suas despesas com a mostra, equipe de
montagem, alguns equipamentos eletrônicos, coquetel, texto institucional
crítico, convites, divulgação pela homepage e demais veículos de
comunicação, material educativo e atividades pedagógicas e críticas
ligadas ao processo de trabalho de cada artista. A Fundaj procura
aumentar o incentivo aos artistas selecionados por meio de parcerias, o
que pode possibilitar arcar custos como passagens e hospedagem para os
selecionados.

7º Salão do Mar - inscrições abertas ]

Já estão abertas as inscrições para o 7º Salão do Mar que a Prefeitura de Vitória promoverá entre 28 de abril a 27 de julho do próximo ano. Em 2006, o Salão ganha abrangência nacional. Por estar incluído nas comemorações dos 100 anos do Porto de Vitória, a exposição será no Galpão 5 da Companhia Docas do Espírito Santo (Codesa), localizado no Centro da cidade de Vitória.

De 3 a 7 de fevereiro será realizado em Berlim o TRANSMEDIALE.06, importante festival de arte e cultura digital da Alemanha. No dia 3 de fevereiro, o Prêmio Sergio Motta de Arte e Tecnologia participará do programa oficial de conferências do Festival. A palestra contará com a participação de Camila Duprat (apresentação institucional e histórico do Prêmio), Profa. Dra. Maria Teresa Santoro Dörrenberg (apresentação de seleção de obras premiadas) e da curadora Tereza de Arruda (contextualização das novas mídias no Brasil).
